OUR HERD
Our beef cattle are a Red Angus, Hereford cross. Hereford are known for their mellow disposition, hardy constitution, & large frame with big bones. Red Angus are known for their superior marbling, tendency to mature early, and their strong maternal instinct. This cross creates, what we believe to be, the perfect beef cattle. They are great mothers, easier to handle, and create the best marbled beef for our customers to enjoy.
